Where we ship

This store ships within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses. CogniClear is formulated and dispatched from the U.S.

Processing and delivery times

Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders after that, or on weekends and holidays, go out the next business day. Once dispatched, average delivery is 3 to 6 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Shipping cost

Standard U.S. shipping is free on every order. The six-bottle package ships with priority handling at no extra charge.

Tracking your order

Keep the confirmation email. It contains your order number and, once we dispatch, your tracking link. If tracking has not updated after two business days, email orders@cogniclearofficial.com with your order number and we will chase it.

Returns and refunds

Every order is covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee, opened bottles included. To start a return, contact us within 60 days of your purchase and we will send return instructions. Return postage is the customer's responsibility, and refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually within 48 hours of your return arriving. Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, email orders@cogniclearofficial.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.
